Community Council

This group’s membership is open to everyone and includes parents, teachers, board members and community members.  They are an important component of Garden City Community School as they serve similar to an advisory board to the GCCS School Board through discussions and input on various issues concerning the school.  Some of the 07-08 agenda items included:  fundraising, sexuality education, by-laws, projects for school improvement, parent education programs, and school enrollment
