Garden City Community School
is currently contacting their neighbors in an effort to
gain support for the only public school in Garden City.
Some of the school’s funding has become unavailable and
we want to ensure our ability to continue providing this
local education to the community. This is an innovative
K-8 school providing hands-on learning through
integration of the arts and relating learning to the
real lives and interests of the children.
Students have
been very involved with various groups and businesses
throughout Garden City and currently are developing
service learning projects to continuously improve our
community.
